St-Eds held it’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday 14th July, where students were awarded with the certificates they achieved in this academic year.
Over 100 people attended including representatives from referring schools, Norfolk County Council, Taylor Wimpey, and students’ parents.
Norwich Heavyweight Boxer Sam Sexton presented students with their certificates along with a series of awards for students who had shown particular distinction.
Of particular note was Ethan Punchard who received the Young Achievers Award from the Norwich Forum for the Construction Industry.
St-Eds CEO, Lorraine Bliss, said:
“I am so immensely proud of all our young people who have received their qualifications and awards today. Being at the Awards Ceremony makes you realise how important it is to give training opportunities to young people who may struggle achieve in a mainstream educational environment.”
